Return & Refund Policy – KMAS Candle Company

At KMAS Candle Company, each candle is hand-poured with care and crafted to deliver a premium experience. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return policy in place.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unburned
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or burned candles
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or made-to-order products

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as orders may already be processed.
