We make every effort to accurately display our candles, fragrances, descriptions, and product images. However, due to differences in monitors, lighting, and handmade variations, actual products may vary slightly.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities purchased
Discontinue products at any time
Refuse or cancel orders for any reason
Correct pricing or listing errors

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card information.

4. Shipping

Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage at kmascandlecompany@gmail.com.

Approved refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

6. Candle Safety Disclaimer

Candles involve an open flame and must be used responsibly. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

Candles should never be left unattended
Candles should be kept away from children, pets, flammable materials, and drafts
Customers are responsible for following all candle care and safety instructions provided with the product

KMAS Candle Company shall not be held liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse, improper handling, failure to follow safety instructions, or other unsafe candle use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, product names, photos, graphics, descriptions, and text, is the property of KMAS Candle Company LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
