Thank you for shopping with KMAS Candle Company LLC. We take pride in carefully packaging and shipping each order to ensure your candles arrive safely.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Please note:
- Processing times may increase during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays
- Handmade products may require additional preparation time
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
We may ship orders using carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
Carrier selection is determined based on the most efficient shipping option for your order.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered:
- We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed
- Customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges if a package is returned or needs to be re-shipped
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
All orders shipped by KMAS Candle Company include shipping insurance.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our control. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries, we will assist customers in filing insurance claims when eligible.
If your package is marked as lost, damaged, or significantly delayed:
- Please contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update or delivery notification
- Include your order number and any relevant details
- We may require additional information to process an insurance claim with the carrier
Please note:
- Insurance claims are subject to carrier approval
- Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier may not qualify for reimbursement in cases of theft
- Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis once the insurance claim process has been completed
We recommend monitoring tracking updates closely and bringing packages indoors promptly after delivery.
Damaged Orders
We carefully package all products, but damage may occasionally occur during transit.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 2 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photos of:
- The damaged item(s)
- The shipping box
- Packaging materials
We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Warm Weather Disclaimer
Because candles are heat-sensitive products, we are not responsible for melting or heat damage caused by exposure to high temperatures after delivery.
We recommend bringing packages indoors as soon as possible after delivery, especially during warmer months.
International Shipping
For all orders shipped outside of the United States, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are determined by the customs authorities and/or shipping carrier and may be required prior to delivery.
KMAS Candle Company LLC is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during international shipping, nor for delays caused by customs processing. Failure to pay applicable duties and taxes may result in the shipment being returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authorities. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees.
